Just under 2 weeks ago, I decided I needed to increase my weight by 5Kgs. This may appear strange to you because most people are instead looking to loose weight. Now the thing is, for the last 8 years I have weighed 72Kgs which I feel is a bit on the “light side” for a man. No matter how hard I tried in the past I never gained weight and this is compounded by the fact that I generally do not eat as much as most men do. I have very little appetite.
This time around, I am determined not to fail. I will get my 5Kgs. So I needed a plan, one which works. It is this plan I will share with you today. My plan doesn’t require me to change my lifestyle or eating habits by much as you will read below.
